Telegram with new features for Stories, including sticker reactions, music in Stories, and more
Telegram, a messaging platform, has enhanced its Stories feature, similar to Instagram, with additional functionalities like View-once media, Reactions, and music in stories. These changes aim to improve user experience while sharing updates via Stories.
Stories for Channels
Telegram has introduced a feature allowing users to grant their favorite channels the ability to post stories by giving them boosts. Telegram Premium now includes one boost for any channel, and channels can level up as they gain more boosts. Users can choose which channels to see updates via stories, and boosts stay on the channel unless moved elsewhere. Channels can request boosts from subscribers using a special link.
Reaction Stickers in Stories
Users and channels can add reaction stickers to their stories, allowing viewers to respond with multiple emojis in one tap. Channels display reaction counters, showing how many people chose each emotion. Users tap the sticker icon and choose an emoji from the window, while Premium subscribers can use any emojis. Everyone can add one sticker to each story, while Premium users can add up to five.
Music in Stories
Telegram Stories now allow users to use music by tapping 'Audio' from the sticker panel, selecting a file, and adjusting the track to any section. Users can retain the original sound and move the added audio track.
View-once Media
Telegram has introduced the View-once media feature to Stories, allowing users to choose the duration of their photo or video's visibility after opening. This feature is permanently deleted from the chat when the recipient opens it, and saving and taking screenshots will not work for View-once media.
